By using Kiro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Not a medical device
Kiro is a wellness tracking and support companion. It is NOT a medical device, does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for all medical decisions. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Kiro. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@getkiro.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription & billing
Free features are available at no cost. Pro features require a paid subscription. Billing is monthly or annual depending on the plan selected. You may pause or cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by law.
Prohibited use
You may not use Kiro to harass others, distribute false health information, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or violate any applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiro and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
